Muze Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your use of Muze, an AI advertising product operated by AgentProd Inc., at San Francisco, California, United States. Contact hello@muzecmo.com about the service or these terms. By using Muze, you agree to these terms. If you use it for a business or client, you must have authority to act for that organization.
Your account and access
Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and manage access for your team. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You may use Muze only when you can enter a binding agreement and only for lawful purposes.
Connected platforms and authorization
Muze can connect to customers' Meta, Google, Amazon, and Shopify accounts to provide authorized advertising and commerce features. You must own those accounts or have permission to manage them. Platform authorization, including OAuth where supported, defines the access you grant; it does not give Muze unlimited authority.
You authorize actions within the instructions, permissions, budgets, and approval or automation settings you select. Review proposed actions and settings carefully, especially when they can publish ads, change campaigns, or incur charges. You are responsible for selecting appropriate limits and monitoring your accounts. Do not assume every action requires a separate confirmation if you have enabled automation.
You can revoke Muze's access through the connected platform or contact us for help. Revoking access does not necessarily pause live ads, reverse completed actions, erase platform data, or cancel your Muze subscription. Check and manage active campaigns directly with the platform if needed.
Third-party platform terms, advertising policies, API restrictions, availability, and fees apply independently. Connections may be limited or interrupted by those platforms. Muze does not control platform review decisions, account restrictions, delivery, or auction outcomes.
Your data, content, and permissions
You retain the rights you have in materials and information you provide. You give us permission to process that material and share necessary context with service providers to deliver Muze and carry out your authorized instructions. You must have the rights, notices, consents, and other authority needed for the materials and personal information you submit or make available through connected accounts.
Do not provide unnecessary sensitive information, other people's credentials, or content you are not entitled to use. The Privacy Policy explains information handling. Where required for processing personal information on your behalf, an appropriate data processing agreement must be arranged.
AI outputs and advertising responsibility
Muze produces AI-assisted text, images, analysis, and recommendations. Outputs may contain errors, resemble other outputs, or require editing. Review them for accuracy, intellectual property rights, required disclosures, brand suitability, platform rules, and applicable law before use or publication.
You remain responsible for your products, advertising claims, targeting choices, customer notices, campaign approvals, and ad spend. Muze does not guarantee approval, exclusivity, legal clearance, revenue, conversion rates, or return on advertising spend. Performance depends on factors beyond the service.
Subscription and platform charges
The Muze plan is $399 per month with credits included. The features, usage available, billing arrangements, and any additional terms are those presented to you at checkout or in an agreed order. For additional usage, contact hello@muzecmo.com. Advertising spend and other third-party charges are separate from the Muze subscription unless expressly stated otherwise.
Review the cancellation, renewal, and refund terms shown before purchasing. These terms do not establish an additional refund entitlement or an undisclosed cancellation policy. Contact us if you need billing assistance.
Acceptable use
Do not use Muze for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or abusive activity; unauthorized access to accounts or data; credential theft; malicious software; or attempts to bypass service security, usage limits, or platform restrictions. Do not misrepresent authorization or use the service to violate another party's privacy or rights.
Service availability and account closure
Features and connections may change, and uninterrupted or error-free service cannot be guaranteed. We may restrict access where necessary to address misuse, security incidents, legal requirements, or third-party platform restrictions. Contact us for account closure or data requests. Arrange any needed exports and review live campaigns before disconnecting or closing an account. Subscription changes remain subject to the terms disclosed at purchase.
Responsibility and mandatory rights
Use reasonable care when relying on AI outputs or automated campaign actions. Nothing in these terms excludes a right, remedy, or responsibility that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
Changes and contact
